Topic: "Optimism Should be a Priority"

Who: Youth under the age of 19 who have not yet
graduated from high school or the equivalent.

How To Enter: Interested students must contact
Optimist Peggy Dick for an entry form. They need
to submit an essay on the above topic.

When: February 13th is Club Contest Deadline.

Why: District Prize is a $5,000 Scholarship
